So Crystal is out for her girls night up in the beautiful city of Worchester. I am sitting here watching Iron Chief America on Food Network.
Today’s secret ingredient: Curry.
I cheated, I looked up the winner already.
I think I have SAD. When the sun came out on Tuesday here, I immediatly felt better. I was happy, and talkative to people at work. And its carried over all week. I feel 100% better. The little things don’t bother me at work. I can laugh things off. I feel like I have done a 110% turn around from the week before. I’m smiling again!
So, this means I don’t have to go to the doctor, right?
I am liking the beard. Its no longer 100% itchy anymore. Its more like 5% itchy now. That’s a good thing. I think I am gonna miss it when I shave my head, and beard for the wedding in May.
Tonight’s movie is Righteous Kill. I’m not really interested in watching it. From all the reviews I’ve seen, its not all that good. But I’ll try and watch it with an open mind.
Alright, back to watching tv with a snoozing kitten beside me.
Like Motel Six, I’ll leave a light on for Crystal.

You should still go to the doc.. Lol and Rightous Kill was ok..but I’ve seen better
i was thinking the same thing about the movie. it was “eh”
I think Manly Man was watching Top Chef, he loves the food channel. Hell, he just loves food.
@robin i’m watching the food channel more and more. ace of cakes, and diner, drive-ins and dives are awesome!
I’ve suffered from SAD as well (in rainy Vancouver), though I think a job I had where my office was dark and looked into an alley didn’t help matters, since I felt better afterwards.
You might want to consider light therapy (those weird expensive lamps) and other ways of dealing with SAD. It’s still a while until spring…
