1. Total Number of Books I’ve Owned: Total number? Ever? Wow I’d probably say way over 400. I had to give alot away to the local library when I moved down here, cause I could’nt take all over them over the border.
2. Last Book I Bought: Sahara by Clive Cussler. Great book (so far). I wanted to read the book before I watched the movie.
3. Last Book I Read: The Enemy by Lee Child. Instead of me trying to explain it, and screwing it up, heres something from the website:
New Year’s Day, 1990. The Berlin Wall is coming down. The Cold War is ending. Soon America won’t have any enemies left. The Army won’t have anybody to fight. Things are going to change. Jack Reacher is the Military Police duty officer on a base in North Carolina when he takes a call reporting a dead soldier in a hot-sheets motel. Reacher tells the local cops to handle it – heart attacks happen all the time.
But why is Reacher in North Carolina, instead of Panama, where the action is? Then the dead man turns out to have been a two-star general who should have been in Europe. And when Reacher goes to the general’s house to break the news, he finds another corpse: the general’s wife. What is he dealing with here? The last echoes of the old world… or the first shocks of the new?
4. Five Books That Mean A Lot To Me: This could be hard. but lets see.
1. Danny the Champion of the World. Read it when I was a kid. Loved it. Read it again a few years ago. Still loved it.
2. Scapegoat. Its a story of the Canadian Airborne in Somalia. It about a mistake a Canadian soldier made.
3. ….
I will have to think about this and get back to you. I am drawing a complete blank.
5. Tag five people and have them do this on their blog:
Simple. Crystal, Kat, Heather, Aurorealis, Fancy.
